We accept Pre-Registered Guests Only: We honor advance registrations only, sent on our reservation form and initial deposit. Due to the limited space, we are unable to hold your requests without deposit and properly filled-out reservation form.. Reservation form may be faxed or e-mailed. Non-Registered Guests: All Visitors must be pre-approved by the host. For safety of our registered guest, we are unable to accommodate non-registered visitors overnight. NON-smoking policy: In compliance of non-smoking regulations of the City of Vancouver, no indoor smoking is permitted in Villa Jade. However, we try to accommodate our guests who are smokers by providing a pleasant outdoor garden setting for their enjoyment. NO Pets: We love pets. Our house pet, Coco is very protective of his territory and refuse to allow other pets into Villa Jade. Access: We regret that presently we are not wheel-chair accessible. Breakfast: Consists of coffee, tea, juice, hot/cold cereals, toast, jams, muffins, breakfast pastries, seasonal : fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, cheese/cold cuts, coffee / tea Foot Wear: Villa Jade is furnished with expensive silk and wool carpets. Therefore we ask that our guest remove their outdoor foot wear. For your convenience, please, bring slippers or heavy socks to wear indoors. Reservation and Deposit: We require a completed reservation form, which can be down-loaded from our web-page, with one night deposit to guarantee your reservation. Deposit is payable in CAD funds to 'Zeljka Novak' by a postal or bank money order; traveler's cheque; direct bank deposit/bank wire transfer; and has to be received by Villa Jade within 7 to 10 days from the conformation date. Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refundable up to 15 days prior to the reserved dates. However, a $25 administrative service fee per room, will be charged for all cancellations. Deposit is non-refundable within 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Balance Payment: Is due and payable in full, in CAD or USD (cash or travelers cheques) upon your scheduled arrival at Villa Jade. Check-In, Check-Out Times: Usual check-in time is at 3pm. However, other times can be arranged. Your arrival time must be confirmed in advance; otherwise we may not be home when you arrive. Check-out is usually before 11 am; however, a later time may be arranged, subject to availability.
